When we were browsing through 10000s of hotels for our stay in Hanoi, we picked this one as it was new and situated perfectly in the Old Quarter. So many hotels are central but are loud and this one is EXCELLENT- It is so central yet so perfect for a quiet nights sleep! But, the best part of the hotel is not the peacefulness or the fantastic rooms/bathrooms. The hotel is very well priced as it is a very very good hotel. The facilities are clean and well decorated and the aesthetic is very elegant. It is the staff however that make it 100/10. Me and my partner have been lucky enough to have travelled to some of the best and most expensive hotels in the world and the staff here were better than them (BY FAR!) Beo, Brian, Henry and Mr Lee (there was also another girl called Mitaly i think who was fantastic!) all were FANTASTIC during our stay. They helped us out even when they didn't need to and truly went 'the extra mile' each time! I have too many examples of how incredible they all were. Even the other staff members whose names I did not get, were brilliant. Mr Lee who was managing the hotel was also just top-notch. He helped us out through our WHOLE TRIP not just when we were in Hanoi. He recommended a route, hotels and cruises and EVEN BOOKED another hotel and other activities after our hanoi stay at Casa Dos. He is an asset to the company and a genuinely kind person. I hope the hotel owners know that the staff make or break the hotel and their phenomenal staff are the reason we'd come back (and did come back!!). To the staff at Casa Dos, you are incredible. Thank you for a lovely stay- we hope to see you all soon. If you are debating staying here, don't. It is so well located, the staff make you feel so safe and at home. I wish I'd bought some gifts from the UK but we didn't realise we would meet so many great people! Even if the prices were tripled, we would still stay at Casa Dos- It is 10/10.

The breakfast was excellent. It had everything for us, great varieties of Western and Vietnamese food. Coffee and tea were good as well as generous and fresh fruit servings. They also had an excellent tourist service especially for first timers visiting Hanoi! We highly commend the Manager, Mr. Dinh Lee who went out of his way in helping us not only with our accommodation and transport needs to and from Noi Bai Airport but in helping to organize our tours to Sapa and Bai Tu Long Bay cruise and Hanoi Bus Tour which we enjoyed very much! Also, very good recommendations for eating places in and around the Old Quarter. This is a hotel with a very personal touch from all of the staff who made us all feel so special and at home. Highly recommend this boutique hotel to anyone looking for value, excellence and experience!

I love this hotel, the quality is beyond my expectation. The hotel price is not so expensive, consider cheap and affordable. But they provide quality and service more than that. First, the hotel is very new, it has nice and comfy design even it is a boutique hotel. It is located at Old Quarter area. Nice local food, cafe, souvenir shop are everywhere and near. Beer street is within walking distance too. Second, the staff are all very friendly and heart-warming. You may feel that they sincerely greet you and care about how was your day/ trips. The attitude towards customer and their work is superb. This is hardly found even from 5 star hotel staff. A lot of 5 star hotel train their staff to care/ greet their customer according to the SOP/ rules, so you hardly feel the heart-warming caring from the 5 star hotel staff. Third, the hotel is located at a very busy and noisy street which make visiting is very convenient. However, the hotel lobby and hotel room soundproofing system are maintained well, I don't feel any noisiness in the hotel Fourth, they got smart TV in the room, my husband and I can enjoy watching YouTube and Netflix on bed. Many of the boutique hotel at Hanoi not equipped with smart tv.

Honestly I don’t know how to even describe with words the amazing time and the special attention we received. The hotel is beautiful, the room and bathroom was clean, they provided us with tea and everything wee needed. But what we liked the most is that they received us with a map, and gave us all the tips of the neighborhood so we got to maximize our short time there. Old quarter is absolutely out-stunning, there are a lot of bars, restaurants, markets, and places to have an amazing experience, but when you go to the room it feels like you are apart from everyone because you cannot hear the noise. Amazing!

Rebeca

I had a lovely one night stay, Brian and his team were lovely and very helpful during my stay, they even facilitated a late check out for me which I was very grateful for. My room was lovely and very spacious. My only feedback were that some finishes around the door and window in the bathroom require a bit of attention. While the bed was comfortable, it was two singles put together, so you could feel a bit of the gap in between. Nonetheless it was a super cosy room, lovely staff and great location, I would recommend this as a place to stay while in Hanoi!
